Award categories for the 2023 Project Voice Awards, honoring best-in-class achievement globally across conversational AI, have been announced and are listed below. New categories may be added as the underlying technology continues to evolve and proliferate.

Nominations for these awards should include a concise explanation of why the nominating party believes the nominee should be considered for the applicable award categories. There is no limit to the number of nominations that can be made.

Nominations may be made by registered attendees by emailing nomination information (who is being nominated for what awards, and why) to info@projectvoice.ai.

For example, if you are nominating an individual for Conversational AI Executive of the Year (Contact Center) then please explain in your email who you are nominating, the work they have done within the conversational AI domain applicable to contact centers, and why you feel they should be considered for the award.

Please email nominations by no later than March 1.
Finalists will be selected by no later than April 1.
Winners will be announced at Project Voice 2023.

Conversational AI broadly includes technologies which enable humans to interact with computers via natural language, regardless of modality (voice, chat, text, etc).
