We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strategic mindset and a passion for data, who is eager to be an expert in the latest and greatest analytics tools we oversee and utilize to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of quantitative skills, data storytelling / communications abilities, and an entrepreneurial spirit, in order to be an effective member of the Analytics team. Additionally, they should be comfortable working as an active participant with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges. Last but not least, we are looking for someone who is adaptable and excited by learning, as we have a lot of data and various tools at our disposal, and are always seeking insights to drive the business forward.
 
You Have

  • 1-2 years of Analytics experience, ideally at a digital and/or mobile-first company

  • Experience using Adobe Analytics and/or similar systems

  • Familiarity with SQL

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint

You will be entrusted with developing and executing ideas for our widely adopted native Android and iOS apps and lead a squad focused on an area of one of the most important services in audio content. You will work within a fun culture with a strong engineering team on the development of a wide set of features and collaborate with various teams from all over the company. You will work closely with the Product Management team to understand and deliver on the strategic big picture, while inherently and independently being detail-oriented, organized and driven enough to identify and produce the pieces required to put that picture together.

Marketing Manager

iHeartRadio is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our new Nashville iHeartRadio tech hub! This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first people on the ground as we open our second ever iHeartRadio HQ. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing overall integrated marketing programs and driving engagement among users of the iHeartRadio digital services, across email, push and in-app channels. These are campaigns that drive subscriptions, unique app opens, total listening hours and reduce listener churn.

In this role, your mandate is to keep listeners engaged on iHeartRadio by designing both high impact and highly personalized campaigns, touching tens of millions of music fans. Developing processes, systems and an internal systems infrastructure to scale promotions across the growing user base is a critical component of the job. The position requires a person with an entrepreneurial mindset, a test, analyze and learn orientation, creativity and deep quantitative skillset.

  • Defining and driving user engagement strategy to reach key product listening goals; spanning broader content programs, integrated marketing campaigns and individualized outreach and triggered communication

  • Partnering with Analytics to identify key customer segments and cohort LTVs -- Drive acquisition and engagement with unique tactics and competitive offering for each audience

  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results from marketing programs. Design customer feedback loops and cohort data that provides regular insights for enhancing strategy

You Have:

  • BA or BS degree; MBA a plus

  • 8+ Years’ experience in a consumer facing digital marketing role

  • 5+ years minimum focused on email marketing, CRM, and/or lifecycle marketing with significant emphasis on A/B testing, cohort targeting and conversion optimization

  • 2+ years working with consumer mobile Apps

  • 2+ years working on e-commerce businesses

  • 2+ years managing direct reports, with proven leadership and management skills

  • Strong analytical skills and background, including considerable experience with Excel and other analytics tools

You will have the opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, and implementation of cutting-edge products and features. We’re looking for people who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, demonstrate a high degree of ownership, and want to have fun and make history.

This VUI/Voice UX Designer will lead and drive the voice interaction model for different form factors and environments: Echo devices in the home with/without screens, FireTVs, on-the-go devices, etc. They will work closely with visual interaction designers to define the interaction models and patterns for FireTV, Alexa mobile app, Alexa Presentation Layer, and future products. This role will also have the opportunity to work on design education and outreach.

As a member of a growing design team, you will also be responsible for helping prioritize the team’s work and magnifying the impact of the team’s output across organizational boundaries.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
· Create world-class, user-centered designs for voice and multimodal features and platform patterns through consideration of UX research, market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings.
· Demonstrate leadership in driving design processes into the organization that help refine strategy.
· Translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements.
· Design the interface and interaction flow of new voice and multimodal features and patterns.
· Develop conceptual diagrams and voice interaction prototypes · Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications.
· Present design work to the user experience team, product team, engineering team, Amazon.com executives, and external partners for review and feedback.
· Work with our usability and data mining teams to assess and optimize new and existing features.
· Develop high level strategy and roadmap for voice first (but not voice-only) features and patterns across devices and environments.
· Collaborate with other design team members in the organization on frameworks, process, and best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors or Masters Degree in a design related field or equivalent professional experience.
· 7+ years experience as a voice designer, interaction designer, user interface designer, or similar role.
· Experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs.
· A portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience.
· UX design experience including data-driven analytics and a working understanding of speech and language technologies.
 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with VUI design, specifically designing voice-forward interactions.
· Experience with voice design tools such as Visio, Omnigraffle, or Gliffy.
· Deep understanding and leadership on driving design culture into organizations.
· A proven track record of strategic leadership.
· Ability to extract complex concepts and quickly turn around rigorous flows and sample voice interactions reflecting a range of options.
· Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment.
· Additional design skills in related fields including prototyping voice interactions.
